As each order is hand painted individually, purchases are shipped out when ready. Production time for personalized wine glasses is fairly quickly.

To reflect the policies of the shipping companies I use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. I do not profit off shipping.
Standard shipping times
Your orders are very important to me and I try very hard to satisfy all of our customers.
Personalized Custom Glasses ( not stock) can take up to a week to paint. . I will paint it for you as soon as I can. This is usually 1-2 weeks however this depends on how busy I am and what you have order it may be quicker.
If you require your personalized wine glasses by a specific date, please let me know in the comments section of your order.
If I am unable to make that due to a busy schedule, I may be able to offer you a rush service where you can pay to have your order expedited to the front of my order queue.
Delivery information: I ship to the address provided by the buyer at the time of sale. Please let me know within 24 hours if there is an issue or correction with an originally supplied address. Please note that I am not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address or postal delays. Please ensure that the address provided in your order is correct at the time of purchase.
Once your order has been sent out for delivery, you will be sent an email with the shipping confirmation and tracking number. If an order has been marked as delivered, I am unable to provide replacement items. It is the customers responsibility to insure a safe address for all deliveries.
Delivery methods
All national orders are sent out using UPS or USPS which usually takes from 1 day to 7 days they are shipped from New Jersey. If you are an international customer or would like to purchase overnight delivery service, please contact me before ordering.

Damaged / Broken upon delivery
