Returns
Due to the nature of the handmade item, all products are final sale and non refundable. If I send you a product you didn't order or if its broken , please send me a email me at ann@brusheswithaview with a picture attached for proof WITHIN 48 HOURS, and I will happily replace your product! If your tracking number states that your item was delivered, but you don't have it in hand, you will need to contact your postal worker. I am not responsible for stolen, delayed, or lost items.

Customized or personalized products are subject to longer shipping dates. Expect longer shipping times during holiday seasons. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number for your package.


If your address is incorrect and you realize this after purchasing, please send me a message to let me know I will change it to the correct address you would like it shipped to.
