Payment

Immediate payment is expected at checkout. We accept payment by credit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay through Shopify's secure checkout system.

Shipping

When Will My Order Ship?

 As each piece is made to order, we are currently operating with a 7-10 business day lead time with most orders shipping prior 10 days. Please let us know if you absolutely need something sooner and we will do our best to accommodate! 

Damaged/Lost Items

We are not responsible for lost and/or damaged items or delivery times once taken to the post office. Please let us know if there is an issue with your package and we will do the best we can to remedy the situation! 

If your item arrives broken, please contact us to see what we can work out. We can't guarantee any refunds as all sales are final, but we are happy to look at each circumstance on a case by case basis. To be at all eligible for a refund/replacement, we will need to start by seeing a picture of how the item arrived within 3 days of delivery.

 

International Shipping

We do not collect any customs when sending packages. Any custom fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. We have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and Brushes with A View is not responsible for those charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency. Returns of international orders will not be accepted due to customs fees.

Refunds & Exchanges

Please let us know if you have any concerns or are not satisfied with your purchase. Refunds on regular items will be handled on a case by case basis. Personalized orders can not be refunded. 

 We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on personalized items , if we make a mistake ( we are human) Please email us within 5 business days so we can make it right for you. 

While we would choose to believe how customers claim to handle our products since we cannot verify how they are washed/cared for and which products are used to do so, we do not consider issuing refunds/exchanges unless there is an issue we are contacted about within 3 days of delivery.

You will be responsible for returning orders in their original condition as well as return shipping costs. If you return an item, your money will be refunded as soon as we receive the item.

Damaged Products - We are not responsible for lost and/or damaged items or delivery times once taken to the post office. We will help you file a claim with the USPS. 

IMPORTANT - Please keep in mind that every computer monitor displays color a bit differently, so the colors you see on your computer screen may vary a little bit from the product you receive.
