Our items typically take 1-7 days. Some are much faster and some pieces take a bit longer during busy holiday seasons.

We ship almost all of our items UPS Ground and it can take 2-3 days to arrive. 

Rush orders

Do you need your order rushed? Please purchase this listing, if you need it faster than 3-5 days ( regular shipping times)  AFTER its been painted please choose expedited shipping at checkout.

Adding a need by date on the order will not rush your order. I paint each order as it comes in and will not bump your order without a rush fee. 

Rush Piggy Banks ship it 2-3 days due to the hand-painted nature the paint needs time to cure. Your order will be  shipped with the shipping preference you chose at checkout. 

Product Quality and Durability: Each product is hand painted with high quality paints.  Wine glass and dog treat jars and bowls should be hand washing to maintain the integrity of the design. The paint manufacture states they can be top rack dishwasher safe, I recommend hand washing to enjoy the products for years to come.  

Customization Options:

If you do not see what you are looking for please send me an email. I can possible work with you to come up with a design for my wine glasses , piggy bank and dog treat jars and bowls.

How do I personalize my order?

Please add all customizations in the space provided on the product page. . Please CHECK ALL SPELLING AND GRAMMAR, we are not responsible for those errors (including spell check errors). Please double check your text before and after the order is submitted. We will use the exact text that is provided to us. Once your order is received, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We will contact you with any questions..

Yes! We never include pricing in our packages and we offer free gift notes! Fill out the recipient's address in the 'Ship To' section at check out and in the white box called, "Gift Message" you can leave all the details for your gift note.

Yes! We gladly accept custom orders, so please send us a message here. We will get back to you within 1 business day.

Our Hand painted products are unique, and heirloom quality meaning your purchase is  different than the others, not a cookie cutter glass.

Hand painted glassware holds up much longer than vinyl glasses, the vinyl can peel and discolor over time, Hand painted glasses keep their color and when properly taken care of can last for years.

 We love our customers and want you to be 100% happy with your experience. We do not accept exchanges or returns because of the customization of our items. However, if you are not satisfied please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order and we'll do our very best to make you happy!
